Day 3 - The Escape

After the “hacking” is complete, the resulting EM Noise burst attracts a horde of CyMS converging on the tower. Everyone must get out of the tower and escape the area to survive!


Competitive Mode

Goals of the Scenario

  • Escape the Comstock Tower and get out of the area!

Rules

  • Special Rules

    • At the end of the Activation Phase of rounds 1 & 2, before CyMS Spawn, and starting with the first player of this round, players perform Sidestep 2 with each of their characters; this is performed one character at a time, in any order, and alternating squads as during the Activation Phase.

      • Characters that are stunned or KO’d are skipped and do not perform this Sidestep.

  • CyMS Spawn

    • Round Spawn = 4.

  • Scoring VPs

    • Scenario Objective(s) 

      • (Once per game per character) When a character ends its activation in the Outside Area = 1 VP.

      • (Once per game per character) When a character ends its activation in the Escape Zone = 1 VP.

        • Remove that character from the board after scoring this VP.

    • Non-friendly character KO’d = 1 VP.

    • KO 5 CyMS = 1 VP.

  • Scenario Objective Interaction(s)

    • None

  • End Game Criteria

    • 3 Rounds.

  • Tiebreak Rules 

    • Most Scenario Objectives scored.

    • Most characters KO’d.

    • Most CyMS KO’d.
